1. Returns Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products (seeds being perishable and sensitive items), we do not accept returns once the package is delivered.

  • We only accept returns in case the product is:

    • Damaged during delivery

    • Incorrect item received (different from what was ordered)

2. Refunds Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item

  • After reviewing the issue, we will either:

    • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

    • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Seeds once opened or used are non-returnable.

  • No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction based on factors beyond our control, such as germination failure due to improper planting conditions or care.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
